Important information about our services and costs
1. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
The FCA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services in the UK. Use the information in this document to decide if our services are right for you.
2. Whose products do we offer?
Finance: We act as a credit intermediary for a limited number of finance lenders and can offer you a limited number of finance products to assist with your vehicle purchase. Please ask for a full list of our finance partners.
The products we offer are:
· Hire Purchase and Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)
· Conditional Sale and Lease Purchase
· Business & Personal Contract Hire
Occasionally, we may need to use the services of a credit broker. We will advise you of this if applicable.
Insurance: We offer the following insurance products:
· MAPFRE Asistencia - GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection), Tyre & Alloy and Cosmetic Repair Insurance
· AutoProtect - GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection), Tyre & Alloy and Cosmetic Repair Insurance
3. Which service will we provide you with?
We will make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your demands and needs for:
· Consumer Credit Agreements
· Regulated Insurance Products
4. What will you have to pay us for our services?
No fee for our insurance services or the introduction of finance.
You will receive a quotation which will tell you about the costs of each of the products and any other fees relating to any particular credit agreement or insurance policy. We may receive commission or other benefits from the insurance and/or finance provider should you decide to enter into an agreement with us.
5. Who regulates us?
Westover Group Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our Financial Services Register number for Insurance Mediation and Consumer Credit is 306221.
Our permitted business is arranging non-investment insurance and finance contracts. You can check this on the Financial Services Register by visiting the FCA’s website https://register.fca.org.uk/ or by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768.
6. What to do if you have a complaint
If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us:

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, without any upper limit.

Please note – finance products are not covered by this scheme
8. Data Protection
We use information about you to process your order, supply or manage your product/service and for marketing.
